Creamy Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 2 small potatoes 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
- 1 hard-cooked egg, coarsely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon celery seed
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Recipe
- In covered pan cook potatoes in boiling salted water 20 to 25 minutes or till tender; drain.
- Peel and cube. Combine potatoes, celery, green onion, egg, salt, celery seed, and dash pepper.
- Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and mustard; toss with potato mixture. Chill.
