Casserole Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. potatoes, cooked, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 c. finely chopped celery and leaves
- 1 c. chopped parsley
- 1 c. finely chopped onions
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1 c. prepared French dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Set oven temperature at 350°.
- In a small bowl, combine celery, parsley, onions and tarragon.
- In a 1½ qt. baking dish, layer potatoes and celery mixture. Pour French dressing over layers and bake in 350° until heated through.
- Remove from oven, let cool at least 1 hour and serve slightly warm. Serves 6.
